Quick shipment tracking is available on-line to all exporters and importers from most origins.

More detailed shipment tracking is available following registration and a necessary security check.

A singular reference - Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Container no. etc - is all that's required to get an update on six critical events:

Event	Detail
Cargo Booking	Show total pieces, ctns, weight, cube and importer reference details
Carrier Booking	Show intended vessel/flight, ETD date, destination, ETA UK date
Onboard Confirmation	Show confirmed onboard vessel/flight details
Advice of Arrival	Show confirmed arrival details with Allport reference
Customs Clearance	Show Customs entry details and release date
Proof of Delivery	Show actual delivery date to consignee
